GoodStep Learning Centre is started with the aims of upgrading the standard of English learning for the community besides providing a focal gathering place for the said community.

GoodStep Services offer:

1.  Community Care for Children and Youth

GoodStep Services provide character building as well as religious and moral lessons  for the children around the vicinity every Saturady afternoon from 3.30 – 5.30 pm.  We have even chartered a bus to bring them around.

We offer coaching to children and youth to encourage them to play and excel in sports and games like floorball and basketball to promote good values of discipline and team work.

The youths meet every Saturday night and participate in various community activities.  Values such as respect, honesty, trust, love and healthy living are promoted.  Good study habits are constantly emphasized.

2.  Community Services

GoodStep Services have widened its care services into the community.  Assistance can be in the form of material aid, as in the assistance given to flood Telipok recently.  “Blessing the Community” programs via the distribution of oranges during Chinese New Year and the distribution of mooncakes during Mooncake festival are organized yearly.  We host an annual Open House during Christmas and Chinese New Year to facilitate goodwill and harmony in the community and its vicinity.

GoodStep Services provide free professional advice and consultation whenever specialists are available.  Medical talks have been held regularly in the Centre.  This is normally followed up by free consultation to overcome any medical problems faced.

Our regular bone specialist, Dr Lai Choon Hin ( Senior Consultant, Orthopedic Surgeon ) of Tan Tock Seng Hospital in Singapore, has given free medical talks to the community at least three times in the Centre over the past few years.

3.  Free Medical / Legal Talk and Consultation to the Community

GoodStep Services provide free professional advice and consultation whenever specialists are available.  Medical talks have been held regularly in the Centre.  This is normally followed up by free consultation to overcome any medical problems faced.

Our regular bone specialist, Dr Lai Choon Hin ( Senior Consultant, Orthopedic Surgeon ) of Tan Tock Seng Hospital in Singapore, has given free medical talks to the community at least three times in the Centre over the past few years.

4.  Counselling Services

GoodStep Services provide educational counselling services whenever specialists are available.  Family members are encouraged to work together with the Centre to create a holistic education plan for their children.
